Y’all - so exciting! BODY DRAMA just came out in Italy January 22, 2010, and it is doing so well they’re flying me out for a book tour tomorrow! Woo hoo! First stop, Rome, then Florence. This is very important to me because body drama is a worldwide issue - we all need to just start working with what nature gave us and stop trying to carve and create brand new bodies! While BODY DRAMA has been published in Russia and German, this is my first invited book tour and I’m stoked! I will post clips when I am back on Feb 8th!! Arrivederci!!!!

Rupak was the first person to encourage me to write Body Drama way back when we were just dating, and the book is dedicated to him.
Check out this month’s CosmoGIRL! My Body and Soul column answers the questions you’ve all been asking me and I have also written a feature article on teenage pregnancy that has been picked up by the TODAY show and CNN’s Showbiz Tonight!
“My favorite aspect of Girls State was hearing Nancy Redd speak,” said Hines. “She was extremely inspirational and she encouraged us all to follow our dreams, respect ourselves and never give up. She is from Southern Virginia and attended Harvard. She also competed in the Miss America pageant. Her story made me realize that girls from small towns can go on to do big things.”
